Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Delays

Aurea Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Aurea Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Aurea Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
